Lucky Juju Vintage Pinball Museum

In Alameda California there is a super duper awesome place. The Lucky Juju/Pacific Pinball Museum. Friends, lemme tell you....this place is AWESOME. You step inside and are met with a bells clangin', flipper slappin', lights flashing world of glory. There are over 90 playable, historic pinball machines—and it's so soooo cool. My sweet pal Miz Landry had her birthday party there and I was in heaven.

The machines date back to the 1930s (complete with wooden flippers) and the graphics on all the machines are totally incredible. Of course the machines from the 1950s and 1960s were my favorites.

It was a little hard to photograph, since the lighting was dim but I think you'll love 'em as much as I did!

Ooooh little Gigi, whatchoo doing with the clowns??

Now, check out these psychadelic beauties!

They were so fun to play! I'm not bad at pinball, but I have to say some of them were deceptively tricky. Like this lil sweetie:

I can't lie, The Majorettes kicked my ass—with a sweet little smile on their faces. You really have to work for those points on the old games. It seems like the new games you can score millions of points. Heck, you get a hundred thousand points just for showin' up. The oldies have you workin' your fingers to the bone, slapping the flippers trying desperately to light the lights.....and you get 400 points. I was workin' up a sweat, lemme tell ya. But you know what? I totally can't wait to go back and bring Wolfie with me. Get ready Majorettes....yer goin' down.
