VACATION, all i ever wanted.

Hey glamorous people! Guess where I am? Sitting on my parent's long wrap-around deck looking out on a beautiful serene lake. The birds and the breeze are the noisiest thing out here, save for the clacking of my keys on the computer. You might think, "Um Alex you maniac, why are you on your computer when you're on vacation??" But trust me, I am sooooo relaxed. We spent the day doing plenty of nothing. I read a book yesterday and started a new one today. Greg and I took the boat out for a little cruise around the area while my parents took Wolfie out for the day. I'm sunned, well-fed and feeling awesome. I totally needed this. And truthfully its really relaxing sitting here with my little laptop while the only tweeting is coming from REAL LIVE BIRDS. Ahhh.


This is me, au natural. [edit....i just realized it sounded like i was nekkid. I just meant i'm not wearing make up or anything!! I assure you I am fully clothed, mmmkay??]

Two little things:
a) i'm on my tippy toes not to be all fancy but because i set the camera on the ledge of the deck and it kept cutting my feet off!

b) For those of you who said they liked this sun dress and then bemoaned the fact that they are no longer in stock...GOOD NEWS! They have more! Slightly diff pattern but same style. One is in deep sapphire blues the other in a virbant retro 70s boho lookin' magenta pattern....also, a mere $19.99 or something like that). I highly recommend it. I keep getting compliments on the thang and its a total easy, breezy throw it on and ya look sassy dress.
